Posters need to be designed in the A0 format (841 x 1189 mm - please avoid the landscape format). Once you arrive at the conference venue, you can submit your poster to us at the conference office (registration desk). We will then install your poster in the poster exhibition hall for you.

For your Oral Presentation (regular: 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion; invited presentations: 25 min + 5 min discussion), please provide us with a powerpoint presentation beforehand (latest until Monday, 28th of September, 12 pm (lunchtime)).

We circulated an upload link to our dropbox to all presenters (posters and oral presentations) on Monday, 21st of September 2026. If you accidently did not receive this link as presenter, please contact us (info@deuqua2026.de)
