Posters need to be designed in the A0 format (841 x 1189 mm - please avoid the landscape format). We will provide all necessary material to attach the posters to the walls. The poster presentation will take place in the Herderbau (entrance: Tennenbacher Straße - follow the signs that indicate "poster exhibition" or "archaeological collection") and the posters can be installed during Tuesday, 29th September (from 9h onwards) until the Poster session starts (14h). Please note that each posters is assigned to a single poster wall and the number will be indicated on a list in the exhibition hall.

For your Oral Presentation (regular: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion; invited presentations: 25 mins + 5 min discussion), please provide us with a powerpoint presentation beforehand (latest until Monday, 28th of September).
