You can choose between different registration options, including early bird rates and student discounts. Once you complete your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all necessary details.

We prefer bank transfers and accept credit cards as payment methods. Please ensure that your payment is completed before the registration deadline to secure your spot. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations are always possible, but depending on the timing, the registration fee can only be refunded as follows:

Until the 30th of June 2026, 90% of the registration fee may be refunded

From the 30th of June 2026 until the 31th of August 2026, 75% of the registration fee may be refunded

Afterwards we can only refund 50% of the registration fee
